Every product sold on soundsthetics.com is a digital audio file delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. No physical item is shipped.
Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars. VAT is applied where applicable and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
Digital Sales Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and made available for immediate download, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout by ticking the appropriate box. If your order is completed but no file has been accessed or downloaded, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains available to you.
Digital content sold on soundsthetics.com is covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under French law.
If you run into a technical problem, a corrupted file, a failed download, reach out at contact@soundsthetics.com and we’ll sort it out.

How You Can Use Our Samples
Purchasing a pack from Soundsthetics grants you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and permanent right to use the included sounds in your creative work, under the following conditions.
What’s included in your licence:
Use the sounds freely in any project, released or unreleased, personal or commercial. Release your finished tracks on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.). Use your finished work in sync and media placements, including advertising, film, television and video games. Edit, transpose, layer or transform the sounds however your production requires. You keep all royalties generated by music you create using our samples.
What’s not included:
The licence covers your productions only, it does not extend to third parties. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the raw sample files in any form is strictly prohibited, whether individually or bundled into another product. The samples may not be used to create sample packs, loop libraries, preset banks or any other product whose primary value lies in the sounds themselves. The samples may not be used to train machine learning models or AI systems. Ownership of the original sound recordings remains with Soundsthetics and its rights holders at all times.
Content ID & rights management:
You may not register any work containing our samples in a substantially unaltered form with Content ID, YouTube’s rights management system, or any equivalent audio-fingerprinting or royalty-collection service. Our samples are licensed non-exclusively to many creators, and registering them would generate false claims against other customers’ legitimate work. Any claims issued as a result must be released on request, and repeated registration constitutes a breach of this licence.
Any use outside these terms constitutes a breach of this licence and may be subject to legal action.
Payment
All transactions on soundsthetics.com are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We do not store, access, or handle your card details at any point.
