What we collect

To process your order, we collect your name, email address and billing details. Payment data is handled end-to-end by Stripe — we never see your card number.

What we do with it

Your information is used exclusively for order processing and customer communication. We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party outside of what is strictly necessary to fulfil your purchase.

How long we keep it

We retain transaction records for 10 years as required under French accounting law. Other personal data is kept only as long as necessary.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Send your request to contact@soundsthetics.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

Payments are secured by Stripe’s infrastructure. Our site uses standard encryption protocols to protect data in transit.
