Purchasing a pack from Soundsthetics grants you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and permanent right to use the included sounds in your creative work, under the following conditions.

What’s included in your licence

Use the sounds freely in any musical project — released or unreleased, personal or commercial. Publish your finished tracks on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.). Edit, transpose, layer or transform the sounds however your production requires. You keep all royalties generated by music you create using our samples.

Sync & media placements

Use of our samples in advertising, film, television, video games or any other media production is not covered by the standard licence. For sync and media enquiries, please reach out at contact@soundsthetics.com — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

What’s not included

The licence covers your productions only — it does not extend to third parties. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the raw sample files in any form is strictly prohibited, whether individually or bundled into another product. The samples may not be used to train machine learning models or AI systems. Ownership of the original sound recordings remains with Soundsthetics and its rights holders at all times.

Any use outside these terms constitutes a breach of this licence and may be subject to legal action.
